Hephais Damascus Nakiri Knife 190mm – Aurora Series

The Aurora Nakiri is a 190mm Damascus vegetable knife — a flat-profiled blade built for the kind of precise, full-contact vegetable prep that a chef’s knife handles less cleanly. Julienne, brunoise, thin vegetable slices: the flat heel and squared tip make every stroke deliberate.

The VG10 core blade is sharpened to a 15° edge angle and finished with the polished Damascus pattern of the Aurora range. The stabilised maple burl handle with black resin accent is shaped to an octagonal profile.
