Hephais Damascus Petty Knife 160mm – Aurora Series

The Aurora Petty is a 160mm Damascus utility knife — compact enough for detail work, long enough to handle smaller proteins, citrus, and fine prep tasks that fall between a paring knife and a full chef’s knife.

The VG10 core blade is sharpened to a 15° edge angle and carries the same polished Damascus pattern as the rest of the Aurora range. The stabilised maple burl handle with black resin accent is shaped to an octagonal profile for a controlled grip.
