The Planetary Mixers by Moretti are extremely versatile, robust, and safe. They are ideal for dough preparation for pastry shops and are available in 2 versions in 4 different capacities: 20L, 40L, 60L, and 80L. The machines come in 3-speed or variable speed, manual or electric lifting (MP20 fixed bowl), and simple or electronic control. They are all supplied with a French-shaped bowl, and a tub reduction kit is available on request (to allow smaller-sized bowls).
