The service will be more efficient and sustainable. In fact, CORE’s maximum power is 4 kW, with an average consumption of 1.5 kW/h.

The exclusive patented Condecktion® technology combines the perfection of static cooking with the speed of controlled ventilation of heat flows that naturally occur within the chamber. Optimize the work and maximize service speed.

The compactness and modularity of CORE facilitate integration into any space. Its versatility allows to finish cooking products like pizza bases, oven-ready semi-finished goods, and cook from scratch gastronomy, small pastries, etc., reaching a maximum temperature of 290°C.
