The Moretti Forni spiral dough mixers enable medium and large volumes of dough to be mixed in a short time, guaranteeing perfect homogeneity and oxygenation. They are ideal for use in the pizza, pastry and bakery industries.
All models guarantee a constant dough temperature during kneading, from the beginning to the end, therefore eliminating the risk of overheating. All machines have a switch-off timer, castors (excluded iM 8) and safety device, necessary for maximum reliability for users.
